Kabbalah is the mystical, spiritual side of Judaism. It includes teachings on topics such as: the soul, the afterlife, the purpose of life, angels, how to live a good life and more.
Meditation has been proved to help decrease stress and improve wellbeing. Judaism has its own authentic techniques and themes of meditation. We are so excited to share them with you.
Rabbi Dr. Orna Triguboff facilitates these classes. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Sydney, her dissertation focussed on the Kabbalah of the Ari (Isaac Luria) and she has studied Kabbalah with various teachers in Israel and the USA. Rabbi Triguboff is also a yoga and meditation teacher. Guest teachers are often invited.
Each term we offer a series of weekly classes, an evening class and a morning class.
We explore ancient texts (in the original and with English translation) and we meditate.
The next session is:
A 4 part series with teachings from Kabbalah and authentic Jewish Meditation practice.
