We are tickled pink to announce this year’s Purim program at Emanuel Synagogue. Rabbi Ninio has outdone herself with this year’s spiel production, ESTHER, a hilarious, irreverent and utterly charming rendering of the story of Queen Esther, by way of Barbie. In her quest to save the Jewish people, our eponymous heroine breaks the mould. You do not want to miss this one, folks.

Join us—dressed in pink, pretty please—in the Heritage Sanctuary on Saturday 23 March from 7 pm for the Megillah, followed by the spiel, followed by a hamantaschen feast—that you will have helped us to bake the previous afternoon; if you can fold a triangle from a circle, we want to hear from you—followed by a fun-filled afternoon for the whole family. To prepare us for the big weekend, Emanuel Synagogue member has generously planned an evening of sound healing the week before. And, we mustn’t forget the special Purim editions of Kol Nefesh and ShabbaTot. Don’t miss a minute.
